Meet The Veterinarians

  • Dr.
    Shannon Wylie

    Dr. Wylie was inspired to be in this profession from a very young age, as both of her parents were veterinarians in Atlanta, GA.  Her passion for animals is carried through in her her vision to provide exceptional health care with compassion and courtesy.  

    Dr, Wylie graduated from the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997.  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association (GVMA) and the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP).  Dr. Wylie's special interests include internal medicine, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery.  

    Outside of work, Dr. Wylie enjoys hiking, kayaking, and just relaxing with her husband, son, daughter, and their crazy mutts, Sully and Ollie, and 2 cats, Oreo and Socks. 

  • Dr.
    Shaun Boone

    Dr. Boone is a 2008 graduate of the Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. He also holds a Masters Degree in wildlife and fisheries, which he obtained in 2011 at UGA.  He has practiced small animal medicine in Douglas, GA, Elberton, GA and Tryon, NC.  Dr. Boone and his wife moved to Auburn, AL in 2016 when she accepted a faculty position as an equine surgeon and professor at Auburn University. 

    Dr. Boone is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. His interests include soft-tissue surgery and preventative care. Along with discussing preventative care with his clients, he also enjoys helping his clients understand and manage acute and chronic diseases of their pets. Dr. Boone and his family have 1 cat and 2 Great Danes.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and being part of the surrounding community.

  • Dr.
    Jennifer Morris

    Dr. Morris is a 1995 graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine.  She has practiced small animal medicine and surgery in Atlanta, Georgia,  Lexington, Kentucky and Gainesville, Florida. 

    Dr. Morris currently lives in Auburn with her family and their dogs, cats, chickens, reptiles, guinea pig and hamster.  Her hobbies include reading, practicing yoga and playing cello.  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the East Alabama Veterinary Medical Association.  Her special interests include animal nutrition and veterinary acupuncture.
