JaimeCertified Veterinary Practice ManagerJaime joined the Double Churches Animal Clinic team in 2012. A lifelong animal lover, Jaime currently has 2 pets: a mastiff-pittie mix named Bronson, and a spicy chihuahua named Bowie. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling, movies, music, and concerts. She really enjoys meeting our clients (and patients) and will always be happy to answer any questions you have about our clinic!
Education
Jaime has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. She obtained her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager certification from VHMA (Veterinary Hospital Managers Association) in 2019.

BrendaKennel AttendantBrenda Fletcher is originally from Great Falls, MT and has been married for 32 years. Brenda and her husband recently adopted the newest member of their family, an energetic, dachshund mix named Arty. Brenda has been in Veterinary Services as a Kennel Attendant since March 1998 when her husband retired from the Army. Brenda has two wonderful sons, both of whom are in the military, two daughters (in-law), four grandkids, and at least three grand-dogs. Brenda has been part of our team since 2012 and considers herself fortunate to work with such a great crew!

HeatherClient Service RepresentativeHeather joined Double Churches Animal Clinic in December 2020 and quickly became an invaluable member of our team and a client favorite! She has 1 dog, Moose, and 4 cats. Outside of work, Heather enjoys thrifting and all things Taylor Swift. Heather's favorite thing about working in vet med? Big dog kisses!

Autumn CVeterinary AssistantAutumn C. joined our team in September 2022 and quickly made herself indispensable to our team! Autumn has 10 years of vet med experience and has a special interest in animal behavior, emergencies, and critical care cases. Some of her favorite things about working in the veterinary field are developing relationships with our patients, working with fearful patients, and the camaraderie she shares with her teammates. Outside of work, Autumn enjoys spending time with her pets, Mazikeen (Maligator/malinois), Min Yoongi (Tibetan Mastiff), Serena (Husky), and Steak (cat). Autumn also enjoys cosplay, gaming, traveling, anime, manga, and lots of other interests! Autumn is always willing to help her teammates and goes above and beyond to make sure each task is done and done correctly. We are so lucky to have her on our DCAC team!

KatVeterinary AssistantKat has been a member of the DCAC team since December of 2022. She loves working with animals and also enjoys the experience of working together on a team with her coworkers to provide care for our patients. Kat has one cat, named Pip, and an aquatic turtle named Squirt. Outside of work, Kat enjoys gaming, painting, drawing, and spending time with her fiance. Kat has a calm and caring demeanor that our patients love and we are so grateful she is part of our crew!

SophieVeterinary AssistantSophie joined the DCAC family in May of 2024. She is a 2022 graduate of the University of South Alabama, where she studied Spanish language and literature. She previously taught Spanish through the University of South Alabama’s Department of Continuing Education before switching to Vet Med in 2023. Sophie has experience in translation in both human medicine and veterinary medicine settings and has a strong interest in bridging language barrier gaps and providing accessible care for clients of all language backgrounds. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending time with her husband, three cats (Flea, Blue and Paul), and a corn snake named Lou, and reading all things fantasy, horror, and historical fiction.

MackenzieVeterinary AssistantMackenzie joined our team in May 2023. She loves working in the veterinary field and has seven years of experience in vet med. She loves learning new things and has a special interest in veterinary dentistry and radiology. She is a student at Penn Foster College pursuing her Veterinary Technician degree. Outside of work and school, Mackenzie enjoys spoiling her dog Bella and her cat Pumpkin, and spending time with family and friends. Mackenzie always has a ready smile (and giggle) for everyone and we are so glad she's part of our team!

TylerVeterinary AssistantTyler has been part of the DCAC team since October of 2024 and has worked in the veterinary field since 2021. He and his partner are the proud pet parents of a sassy dachshund named Zoey and a sweet little terrier mix named Rye. Tyler is our resident phlebotomy nerd and has a special interest in emergency medicine. Outside of work, you can find Tyler out camping with friends and family. He is an avid traveler and enjoys making memories and experiencing new places.
